This thesis summarizes the subject of intelligent homes and describes commonly used standards and commercial solutions on the market. The thesis covers the design of a low-cost and easy to use smart home system which can be managed over the internet, uses a genetic algorithm for heating regulation optimization and its central computing unit is a low-cost, embedded device with low power consumption. The functionality of the system is verified on a practical application of heating regulation in a house. The efficacy of the system for energy savings is shown; it is based on measured data statistics.
Firefox OS Application for Learning Languages

Tato práce se zabývá vytvořením aplikace pro výuku jazyků specificky pro mobilní operační systém Firefox OS. Vzhledem k své povaze, uživatelské rozhraní aplikace se snaží uspokojit ergonomické potřeby aplikací určených pro kapesní zařízení. Aplikuje několik konceptů gamifikace ke zlepšení procesu učení, jehož výsledky jsou prezentovány a vyhodnoceny. Aplikace také přináší své vlastní jedinečné vlastnosti, které jí pomáhají vyniknout mezi ostatními aplikacemi pro výuku jazyků.
Design of the endpoint trajectory of the robotic arm using the virtual point method

The diploma thesis deals with a new approach to create a robotic arm trajectory. The first part descibes existing methods of trajectory planning. The second part shows virtual point method, implementation of the trajectory planning into the web environment and trajectory generation. Third part descibes the virtual robot model and designed comunnication protocols. The fourth part shows grafical user interface and his posibilities. The last part presents implemention of web aplication into industrial visualization.
Multi-platform development of geolocation application

This thesis deals with development possibilities of multi-platform geolocation applications using modern web technologies. The introduction is offered a summary of available mobile platforms development opportunities for them. Follows the description of web technologies suitable for application development. Another chapter is devoted with methods of geolocation and their possibilities and limitations. After is described the implementation a specific application of selected technologies. The outcome of this thesis is fully working multiplatform application developed in order to help students to easy navigation between important places of faculty.
Grammar Systems and Syntax-Directed Translation Based on Them

The thesis examines the theory of formal languages in the field of context-free grammars. It focuses mainly on the possibilities and models of collaborating grammars to solve a common problem. In this context, it presents grammatical systems that have been designed as a formal means for describing distributed and parallel processing. After introducing to the problematics, the thesis focuses on the practical use of these mechanisms in the translation controlled syntax, and therefore the second part of the thesis deals with the implementation of a dynamic syntactic analyzer that uses more grammars during the analysis. With respect to the greatest user friendliness and the possible didactic use, the application is implemented using modern web technologies HTML5, JavaScript, AngularJS, CSS3, LESS and more.

This bachelor's thesis describes use of modern web standards. History of development compared with old version. Also describe every important aspects of elements in HTML5 and CSS3 with acquisition and purpose. The result of this thesis is example web application build on HTML5 and CSS3 which demonstrate their potentiality. This application is web browser of pictures from flickr.com with choise of edit and saves, offline mode and effect improve rich user experience.
CSS3 Style Sheet Analyzer Extensions

Thesis extends an existing open source CSSBox project by adding support for new CSS3 properties to its jStyleParse parser. Specifically, support for box-shadow, grid layout and finaly CSS animations and transitions was added. Thesis is, just like the original project, writen Java and consists of a series of data structures, implementation methods and testing classes. The result is a git pull request on Github.com over the original project repository. All changes related to this thesis are applied to the project and are therefore part of it.
HTML Document Transformation to Scalable Vector Graphics

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of rendering HTML/CSS documents using the Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) language. The goal of this thesis is to design and implement an extension for the CSSBox library, which will be able to generate a vector output. First, we provide a description of the SVG language and some Java libraries that can be used for creating SVG documents. After that, there is description of the CSSBox library. Then, we perform an analysys of selected CSS3 features. The main part of this thesis is the design of a solution for rendering various CSS3 attributes such as rounded corners, gradients or transformations using SVG. After the design, there is a description of the implementation and evaluation of the achieved results using various tests. The conclusion offers some possibilities of extending this thesis.
Web Page Transformation to Vector Graphics

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the problem of rendering websites with vector graphics. The goal of this thesis is design and implement an extension of the WebVector project, which allows creating the output in PDF format and rendering some specific CSS3 properties. The terms related to vector graphics and its formats are explained. This work describes the structure and features of the CSSBox library, which project WebVector works with, and other related libraries. Then some of the CSS3 properties and also their design and implementation in platform Java are detailly described.
